Branding an independent Estate Agent.

William is a family-run estate agent with a focus on providing a tailored, professional service. We were tasked with branding William ahead of their launch. The brand centered on the name of the Owner, William James. Using this approach allowed the brand to instantly feel personable. The brief required a clean, modern aesthetic that cut out any ‘noise’ – something William wanted to mirror in their service.

The colour palette for the branding was kept minimal using an ‘off-black’ and white base with three highlight colours. Each highlight colour represents an area of William’s service: Rent, Sell & Buy as well as William’s tagline: Property, People, Personality.

The finalised brand was launched across a host of digital and traditional mediums, including letterheads, business cards, for-sale boards, and social media templates.
